    Providing individuals with clear information and pathways to appropriate health, wellness, and community support.
Advocacy
  • Self-Advocacy = Empowering individuals to access the support they need to access health and social care services. This includes the inclusion of self-advocacy toolkits and guidance to help individuals navigate complex health and social care systems.
  • Learning Difficulties = Facilitate workshops that will highlight some of the common learning difficulties managing their challenges and how they wish to be supported.
  • Young Adults and E safety = Support young adults to highlight issues that are prevalent to them.Facilitate steering groups where young people are able to suggest solutions to key issues.
  • Awareness Campaigns = Running campaigns to raise awareness of the importance of holistic health and leadership, and to promote the services and resources available through the foundation.
  • Community Representation = Actively listening to the needs of the community and advocating for service improvements or additional resources based on those needs.Advocating for the removal of barriers that prevent individuals from accessing health and wellness services, particularly for marginalized or disadvantaged groups.
